ok so first off your going to want to download these 3 following things:

dlc pkg:

us users> You must login or register to view this content.

heres the all important rap file (you better appreciate this :p) :

us users> You must login or register to view this content.

reactpsn 2.23:
You must login or register to view this content.

then you will want to install the reactpsn and the dlc pkg's, put the rap file on a usb in a folder called exdata and then put the usb in the far right usb port, create an account and then sign in and activate the system from account management (this needs to be done only if you do not already have a valid act.dat on your ps3 you can check by looking in the exdata folder on the users at hdd0/home/xxxxx) then you will need to create another new user called aa, run reactpsn and if all goes well your ps3 should reboot and you will see that the aa user has now change to reactpsn v2.0 1rif 0edat and thats it your done

someone said that when u click the link it says not allowed if this happens just use a download manager like idm or j-downloader

REA for those who are havng problems try to use this app and tut with the unmodded rif(you dont need the original act.dat any valid act.dat from the ps3 your trying to use will do) just get your act dat and your idps which is in the settings info on multiman, then follow the rest from here :You must login or register to view this content. and use this rif: You must login or register to view this content. once youve made a rap for your idps and your act.dat continue with the reactpsn hope this helps those with problems

if youre STILL having problems with reactpsn(which you shouldnt as the second method i posted has fixed the problem for 2 people i know of) then use this thread and installed a modded edat instead You must login or register to view this content. <credit to hello00417



NOTE: us rap is just a throw together to see if it could activate the us users maps aswell

after running reactpsn and the ps3 reboots does reactpsn show as unknown cfw? another one of my friends is having the same problem :\ im quite new to using reactpsn myself so im limited to what i can help you with there

I tried to install the DLC couple times and yes once or twice they said unknown cfw !

deactivate rebug mode when using reactpsn and it will stop the unknown cfw this is proably whats stopping it from activating if that fails try to use the rip2raf tool that should work no problem i will post links in around 30-40 mins as im going out quickly

How do I desactivate the rebug mode ?

If I desactivate the rebug mode(don't know how) and I did this :

-Put the Reactpsn, the pkg, and the rap on my drive
-Make the 1.07 update for BO2
-Install Reactpsn
-Install the DLC's pkg
-Create an "aa" acount
-Launch Reactpsn

Then normally the name of the new account should change and I'd be able to play with the DLC. I'm trying to see if I miss a thing.
Can I launch Reactpsn in any account ?

No, no I make the update every time because when i retry to install the dlc i delete all the data, so i need to update again

Man that's even more difficult. I think i'll give up. That's the first time i've a problem with React PSN do you think there'll be another way to install the DLC without Reactpsn ?

If i understood i need to :

-the act.dat file
-the idps, but i don't know what this is, a file ? A number i need to put in a txt file ?
-the rif you give

Then i need to put them in the exdata folder and i'll get a brand new rap file ?
