I have been looking around the forums and saw that a lot of people are trying to do the duplication glitch and have only been able to get the name and not the rank of their account.
Well, today that is about to change. In order to get the glitch to work 100% of the time, you need the following:
2 Controllers
A PS3
Net Tools 5
And the ability to follow the following steps.

Steps are:
1. Log in to the account that you want to get the higher rank on.
2. Setup Net Tools 5 like this : You must login or register to view this content. (type Data 5 times then copy and paste for 30 seconds)
3. Now on PS3 go to the menu before it says find match. There you press start on Net Tools and add your second controller.
4. Then with your second controller, press X over store and O right after that with your first controller.
5. Keep tapping X with your first controller until you see your Profile Has Been Signed OUt.
6. THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: NOW WAIT 10 alligator SECONDS.
7. After you wait for 10 alligator seconds, then press X. Now choose the account with the higher level (or lower level).
8. After you click X press sign in and wait 5 ALLIGATOR seconds. After you wait for 5 Alligator Seconds, press stop on Net Tools.
9. Now you let it sign in and Voila, it works.
10. Sign out, then sign back in to make it stick.

Side Note: For people that have been banned or reset: You must follow steps 1-10. Then after you sign in, you go to Fresh Start, and do a Fresh Start. Then you follow steps 3-10 again to make it stick. NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN BANNED OR RESET.

Anyone having problems, quote me with questions.

When doing STEP 4, all that happens is a screen pops up saying guest accounts can use this feature or something along them lines. Pressing O on the 2ND controller seems to do nothing. I swear i must be doing something wrong.

When signing in the 2ND controller do i sign in as guest or an actual account or doesnt it matter?

sign in as guest, what you do is press X 2 times with 2nd controller then O once after you press X with 2nd controller

Oh alright! Your a legend man. Btw, is there anyway to change medals on a glitches account? Mine has about 800+ nuclears and i want to to look more legit?

only way to do that without losing rank and prestige is the prestige glitch with an acc that is legit

no what i meant was, get an acc with same rank and prestige, but lower amount of medals. then duplicate that on to your account
