Step 1: Put Your JB In Recovery Mode
Step 2: Restore File System (Once Done Put Back Into Recovery)
Step 3: Rebuild Database
Step 4: Unban console if banned
Step 5: Sign-up for a >NEW< account
Step 6: Start black ops 2 (DONT SIGN IN YET)!!
Step 7: Click Play Online>Sign In>Goto Party
Step 8: Goto Debugger Attach Process
Step 9: Target Manager>Continue, and continue Modding!!!
