That means your not lagging your connection enough for the duplication to work.

i tried it with cain and abel and udp unicorn..and recommendations for me to get it right?

Go on Youtube and follow a tutorial. Yes Netools and udp uniocorn are the right programs to use, just need the appropriate amount to lag your connection. Every connection requires something similar along the lines. I recommend following a Youtube tut it will help then me explaining in words.

no matter what i do..when i log into the master account while doing the glitch, it says stats have been reset, and than its still level 1

You need to find an older master account that hasnt been played long time ago on recent patches.
