If You RTM/RTE Someones account then you stick it and give it back to them, but you put wrong stats on and they ask you to do again it will get you your console and your acc on tht cfw BANNED! So remember dont change stats After sticking!
EDIT: To Clear thing Up If you Stick the stats you RTE/RTM'
then re do stats and stick them again Treyarch are watching our every move and see the instant change in stats then ban

It's common sense, if you mod/hack you will get banned. People have been getting banned for MONTHS now so if you ask me this post is totally irrelevant!!

the banning system is the banning system. it does not matter when u RTE u will get banned sooner or later = BO2 RTE'n :dumb:
