It's easy to edit, i used same "Simple as cfg" method,like in my mw3 non-fps/hud element base.
I hope other beginners could learn something from this.

Instead of L1/R1 scrolling, this menu uses DPAD UP/DOWN,but you can change it if you want
Menu is pretty stable if you are using bridged connection. Just don't scroll and press X at the same time in mainmenu. (Or the menu will blink like in start and of the video)
You can also fix it if you want to.


Lol, at beginning/end of the video happened the thing i warned about...skip to 0:25 too see how the menu normally looks like.

Told you, i'm going to use easy way, all people need to do is just click the current timer to set menu/option names & functions.

u have to change a few things in the HudElem_Alloc
