There are no released was to my knowledge. Only way is to change your CiD to an unbanned one.

Two fixes.

1. Try to change your PSID via PSIDPATCHER or another application that allows for this to be chanaged, PSNTOOL is another, whichever will work with 4.50*.

2. Change your MAC address if the above fix does not work. A tutorial on how to do this by downgrading to otherOS++ has been posted within this section.

PS: This has nothing to do with your CID hence being able to sign in and prompt with this error.
