I have seen a couple of youtube videos displaying people with Custom Camo's on Bo2. I already have the Paladin and Chameleon Camo but i really want the other custom ones. Does it need an RTM tool? If yes can you link me the one it is? If its not can someone give me the .pkg files for them?
