These have just Anti Ban in them, and yes the one's with regions are for CEX. Just make sure to download the EBOOT for your region.

But it would be nice as it never fun to get ban same if it's working for you right now, by updating it with the full ban bypass it would be the last eboot ever needed to hack bo2 zombie, but this is just my opinion.

Anyway nice work for the eboot it work great for me
