PUBLIC CHEATER EBOOT FOR NPUB31054 USERS
This is the same eboot that Tustin created, except it works on the PSN store version of Black Ops 2 (NPUB31054)!

How to use: Place the EBOOT.BIN in /dev_hdd0/game/NPUB31054/usrdir/
