Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

Dont worry about it now, turns out it was the tool I was using and hopefully your tool works with the non-host mods will test when i get home. But basically the non host mods on the tool i was using made me freeze after every game! Good work!

I think something wrong.the hotfix any shit.many guys(friends) have this problem.freeze or can not connect online.
Dont know whats wrong.
Cex eboot does not for me.have test all.still freeze at start up game.

I saw. since today many freezes, no online service connect. maybe they blocked that offsets. im trying a clean now
