Instructions

Place the EBOOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLXXXXXXX/USRDIR
Go to black ops 2 offline, then wait till you get to multiplayer
then press the PS button and sign in
then wait 30 sec or when the lag stops
then play online

I don't know about the others but in your zombie CEX eboot. your missing the eboot for NPUB31054, or will another one work just the same?

Idk about everyone else but i was getting that freeze at the loading screen crap so I installed the 1.19 clean update over again open the game while i wasnt signed in and it loaded fine so then i put on a different modded eboot above and im online fine now.
