Next download a tool with anti-ban, I use Mx444's amazing tool: You must login or register to view this content.
NOTE - ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS YOU WAS GETTING BANNED ON REVOLUTION IS MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE ACCOUNT MENU AND AIMBOT MENU, SO STAY AWAY FROM THOSE AREAS.
1.Once installed the EBOOT and SELF (try use both for extra security) go to multiplayer screen NOT SIGNED IN.
2.Enable the Anti-Ban on any tool.
3.Sign in from the XMB and do not touch your controller for 30 seconds. (Gets all the lagging and shit out the way.)
4. You can go online freely.

Got banned in 5 minutes, I did everything right. Oh well, i'll have to wait for the next update on Enstone.
EDIT: It wasn't a ban, I just keep disconnecting from the black ops 2 servers every 5 minutes. It's not my connection, I played without the menu for 20 minutes until i decided to use it again, then it started happening again. Disconnected again and i can't reconnect to the servers unless i restart my ps3.
