Yes there are a bunch of sites out there that offers hacks for this game. But I don't recommend you do it because Treyarch has a team of monkeys watching everyone's gameplay and if you get reported they will happily watch your past matches and if they see any abnormal gameplay, you will be banned. People have reported that they were only able to play 1 match before getting banned instantly. So not worth it if you ask me.
