What tool do I need? Or is there anyone interested in helping me with this?

Anyone? By people saying they cant I mean they always want to dupliate an account over my original one...

You would need a RTE tool that can unlock all calling cards. And in order to use that you need a DEX jailbroken ps3. Not sure if theres an RTE tool for Xbox.

I dont think it can unlock them individually I mean i've never seen one that does that. But for sure it can unlock them all. If your looking to unlock them all, your covered but, if you want individual ones unlocked, I guess your outta luck.

Do these modify the stats?

For example ive seen some done that show a -1 by the number of weapons kills or scorestreaks used.
