Sometimes the whole ps3 just freezes, i cant press the home button or nothing. Other times, i get to a multiplayer game, and i fucking freeze half way through the match. even when the main menu is loading the cinematics sort of slow down then all of a sudden goes into fast forward mode,

any one have a idea whats going on?

could it be my disk, or my ps3 itself? fuck , all i wanted to do was play bo2

and something i forgot to say , i only got ONE ps3 and thats my cfw which was recently downgraded. im doubting the guy who did the downgrade fucked up my ps3 inside, so.... HELP

edit: oh and im on CEX, with no mods , nothing. simply trying to play legit gameplay on cfw. yes i know i should buy a ofw for legit gameplay, but i dont have the money for a new ps3 atm

When does it freeze? Before the game starts? Or while in the game?

ive seen some methods for getting a new eboot/debug eboot , something like that, but im not sure as im not on dex, im on cex rogero 4.30

I had this problem, I just downloaded a Debug Eboot off here and then it worked fine. But then again that is for Dex

I had this same issue, before the game, during the game, you name it. I had to get a new disk and now BO runs just fine. That was my experience though.
