You won't get instant ban, but you will eventually get banned if you play online a fair amount. I have all of them lol but I don't play on them.

These prestiges are hidden inside the game code and can only be accessed via a CFW PS3. I myself have a 15th prestige account. You cant play online with these prestiges for more than 3 hours or online whatsoever with these prestiges.
