Hey if your talking on how to make an app connect and attach you need DEX ps3 .. If you do ask someone with a dex to help you... Now if youre trying to make n app that connects n attach go to ps3 mods section and search for imcsx he haves a tutorial on it also on how to send mods to the game :-D

Ummm i want to mod bo2 zombies with a tool and the of the mods is BO II Zombies Mod Tool and if you could explain a little more for a noob i would be greatfull

You need to have a DEX PS3 to be able to mod with a tool... If you have a DEX PS3 you just need to get someone aswell with a DEX to teach you how to set it up on the PC.. once youve done it you can click the Connect and Attach button(s) on the App and start modding , If you dont have a DEX and you have a 4.46 PS3 OFW you can see if it´s downgradable to 3.55 and from there you can turn it to DEX or if you already have a 3.55 JailBroken Console you can turn to a DEX Console.. tell me whats your case and Il help ya with it

Well yes and how do i do this and if you can tell me like your are telling a total noob in modding
