No its not patched, I tried it, it seems to work initially, the emblem of the victim is displayed and you can save it.
Unfortunately after the save can not be changed because the emblem in its place is the emblem of level 1 but the emblem is displayed on Playercard and u can use it.
but you can use only one.
if you use a different one you permanently lose
