"The Call of Duty: Black ops II server is not available at this time."

Is this an IP ban or something? I tried using new accounts and I still get the same message. I can go online on any other game. Help pl0x??

Yeah i realized, I tried using a different eboot nothing happened, I made a new account and it worked. Thanks anyways
