It's the dll or something in the program if you get another dll and it doesn't work if that doesn't work check the program's code and if there is nothing in there try using the PS3Lib that come in the ccapi 2.50 package it may be able to help you by making your program work for CEX&EX easily with hardly any code or references needed.
