Then delete something along the lines of Enstone.fmt or frenchmoddingteam.com it'll be on the be on the last line of your host file. If not you may have to look for it.
Open up your host file with Notepad or Notepad++.
This is caused by using the FMT cracker for reborn or memories. If this didn't help well I don't know what to say.
If this does not fix you solution make sure no antivirus/malware protection isn't blocking the connecting, try allowing it through your firewall.
Otherwise, if you're on a vpn or a network bridge that could be the issue.
