C# is a programming language.. you could write a tool in alot of different language's
your asking about game offsets, which are the difference between a value and it's main address, if you didn't know.

Guess you better learn how to do it. You can do 2 things. Sit and wait like everyone else, or learn how to find something on your own and stop being a little leech like you're doing now. I would suggest figuring out how to do it because no one will just 'hand' it over to you
