The Issue: so I downloaded a RTM Tool on the internet, and when I clicked RTM Tool (to run it) it never worked
I then double clicked on the RTM Tool, then went to properties to run the program as administrator, and still the program wasn't responding
I knew I only had more option and that was opening up task manager, and setting the tool to real time, when did this it STILL DIDN'T WORK

If anyone knows how to resolve this Issue feel free to comment down below Thank-you
Oh yh one more thing: I also allowed the tool into my firewall, still didn't work

Do you have all the dll's with the tools to make the application run correctly.

I've got all the DLLS but like I said when I click on the tool the tool doesn't show up

That seems weird man, does it happen to all your applications or just that one? If it is happening to all of them it is because you are missing a dll on your computer what enables you to open applications.. i had the same problem on my old computer but i just ended up buying a new one.

The dll can be found on google but i am not sure of the name of the dll.

That only happens for me when I dont got all the DLL's.

Are these the tools what work fine for you? If so there should be no issue with the other applications. Just make sure you have the dll's and other stuff needed in the applications folder for the application to work.

Should be working unless you don't have the correct dll's in the folder.

This also happens when your anti virus blocks your program. Try to run it as administrator and see what happens.
