To not get banned all you will need is a working Anti-Ban EBOOT. You will find heaps of them in the mods cheats and guides section.

Ok i have now Did IT thank but can you help how can be host everytime on public match with elegance V4???

In a custom game Enable Force Host and then just go online and you should pull host.
You are required a OPEN NAT type to pull host in public match.

It should have Force Host in the menu you are using so make sure to test that 1st.
But with applications make sure you have all the dlls what came with the download for the tool you are trying to open.
