What they are trying to say is that, you are required a Jailbroken PS3 to be able to mod. If you have a jailbroken PS3 look in the mods cheats and guides section and look for B777x EBOOT and put that on your game in your user directory folder.

Where do you live? I sell PS3's that can be modded and install CFW at the buyers request. I even put mods on the console for a few games requested so all you have to do is start playing.
