You can make one with Natsu's EBOOT builder, it is found in the modding tools section where the thread is stickied.

How do I make one bro?

Download Natsu's eboot builder on to ur laptop or PC then run it. Select mods u want then build it. Copy eboot over to ur ps3 via multiman or ftp and start up the game. Presto

All you have to do is follow the instructions given on the thread and you'll be fine You don't have to select mods; just select Anti-Ban and you don't have to put mods.
