I have an issue with BO2.

I am on Rebug 4.75.1 D-Rex (DEX Firmware)

I can play BO2 just fine offline, but as soon as I click sign in, whether it be from BO2 itself or the XMB menu then going into BO2, I instantly get a frozen PS3.

I have tried several different eboots, both debug and normal ones, and they all freeze my PS3.
I have also tried deleting the game data and re-installing updates, but with no luck.

Again, it's only when I sign in, I get an insta-freeze.

I also use PsnPatch and ARCH Spoofer 4.76 if those would matter.

Try using a different account. Your current one may be banned.

Ive had this same exxact problem and what I did was rebuild the database. After that make sure you sign in by clicking the home button on the ps3 controller and not by click play online. Hope this helps

Done this. Still not working

I'll try using another account, however I am more than certain I'm not banned.

Try making sure your NP Environment is set to NP in Debug Settings and just saying you arent supposed to spoof on DEX tbh

Tried another account, still freezes ONLY when I sign in and ONLY on Black Ops 2

I'll try using Rebug 4.76 and getting rid of ARCH Spoofer and see if that works.
EDIT: Rebug 4.76 doesn't have dex compatibility :/

What is your Boot Mode set to in Debug Settings?
