I have an issue with BO2.

I am on Rebug 4.75.1 D-Rex (DEX Firmware)

I can play BO2 just fine offline, but as soon as I click sign in, whether it be from BO2 itself or the XMB menu then going into BO2, I instantly get a frozen PS3.

I have tried several different eboots, both debug and normal ones, and they all freeze my PS3.
I have also tried deleting the game data and re-installing updates, but with no luck.

Again, it's only when I sign in, I get an insta-freeze.

I also use PsnPatch and ARCH Spoofer 4.76 if those would matter.

Used another account: Still doesn't work
Disabled ARCH Spoofer: Still doesn't work
Didn't use PsnPatch: Still doesn't work

This is starting to piss me off because it's just all of a sudden I played online just fine like 2 weeks ago then I went on vacation and came back and it doesn't work. It's just for Black Ops 2 as well I played a match of MW3 and Advanced Warfare just fine.

Could be possible that you're console banned from Bo2?

Switched back to CEX and used a new CID as well as a new account and it works.

My CID can still use PSN but not BO2? Strange.

This has happened to me twice, the only way that I could figure out how to fix it was deleting Black Ops 2 and reinstalling it. I couldn't figure anything else out, as I tryed replacing my EBOOT several times and removing all DLC content. I'm not 100% certain if this is the only fix or not, but like I said it was the only fix that I could find. I also believe that it has something to do with being account banned as I was permanently banned both times this happened, so maybe try launching it on a different account. I wish you luck.
