Please HELP

What is your current firmware? Also, try enabling BD Mirror and Internal in Multiman for Black Ops 2.

I am on 4.76 Rebug CEX and I have already enabled all this... I have also updated the game inside the Multiman to 1.19

Why did you install that patch fix then? Delete that. There is no need for it. Simply backup the Black Ops 2 game and then enable BD Mirror and Internal and then start it up. I'd recommend installing an Antiban EBOOT first though.

Have A Disk In And Go TO Multiman And When You pick your game click where that disk was and it should work

if not try a different ebbot
