He eventually turns back on, or you can use a turbine fan to re-power him.

I like to run circles at the farm bus stop and that bus gets in my way. So I usually EMP it when it's just out of my spot.

When you EMP the bus it comes to a dead stop and the driver/bus shuts down for a while.

U could turn off everything with the EMP bro... But if u trow it on yhe bus it will turn off but later on it will go back on....
