I have already downloaded the 1.03 pkg fix and did everything on multiman ( ticked game disc,internal and bd mirror ) for my current bles but still it aint working....

but that's how i fixed the same error.. and then also it fixed black screen when launching the game. this also fixed the error for another ngu user.
