I have already downloaded the 1.03 pkg fix and did everything on multiman ( ticked game disc,internal and bd mirror ) for my current bles but still it aint working....

That could be your issue. I recommend going to dex rebug 4.75

It might help to update to 4.75 rebug. Or use another app to load your game. I use WebMan or Irisman to load up my games.

I had the same thing, I switched my debug settings to - Dual and Release mode and updated the game then switched my settings back to single & system software mode but had issues connecting to black ops 3 servers, So in the end had to update my Firmware& now have no issues, So maybe you have the same issue and should try that if you haven't already.
