Black Ops 1 RTM Tool [1.13] [CEX][DEX]

Hello guys, today I'll be releasing my RTM tool for Black ops. Will add more cool features later on. Hope you guys enjoy this simple tool! If you spot any bugs please report them to me.

they are it connects and attaches butt stats dont change
