Black Ops 1 RTM Tool [1.13] [CEX][DEX]

Hello guys, today I'll be releasing my RTM tool for Black ops. Will add more cool features later on. Hope you guys enjoy this simple tool! If you spot any bugs please report them to me.

unistall it off ur pc and put 2.60 and keep 2.70 on your PS3. That will allow you to use tools that are on 2.60 or 2.70

whats with correct Dlls every RTM tool I have found and SPRX menu I found they never work its either an error or Freeze and so forth

A SPRX menu not working more than likely means you have the files in the wrong location or are missing files. You could easily take 5 seconds to google the latest Dll files you would need for the RTM tool
