In the time that it takes for the scope to correct itself you would be able to shoot another person with a regular scope. Does it really matter if the ACOG has a better zoom with a regular scope you probably would be able to see the same target as you would with the ACOG scope. So why do people still prefer it over a regular scope?

ACOG on and ONLY ON the M40A3 adds a +5 base damage on the M40 making it deal more damage then a barrett .50 cal. So ya, for snipers one hit KO is important, so mobile/noscopers should use it.

- fast aim, faster then a sniper
- zooms in more than a red dot
- allows snipers to shoot people easer from closer distances

ACOG Scope is the fast scope and allows you to go Scope - BOOM - And You just PWND the guy you killed

Ok I admit I WAYY underestimated the ACOG. And I really see why people like it

it greatly increases the power of the sniper which helps for no scopeing a lot
