Go up the stairs and jump pn the wall there should be a sign on the wall run and jump on that then u can get further...

you then jump onto the lamp post then you run nd jump on to the balconys on the hotel like building nd this glitch is original^ as i couldn't find any evidence that it wasn't new:p:p:p:p
