^So it goes like this you first must go to the car park at back where there are stairs on the side of a house.

Go up the stairs and jump pn the wall there should be a sign on the wall run and jump on that then u can get further...

you then jump onto the lamp post then you run nd jump on to the balconys on the hotel like building nd this glitch is original^ as i couldn't find any evidence that it wasn't new:p:p:p:p

i also got this one first u go to that building in the middle and jump on the yallow car and the the brick fence and sprint to the balcony jump and get on it and climb up the ladder. and u will be on top of the roof
