it wont work because your rank is a sever stat its stored online on the sever you have to rank it up you cant just change it

You don't need 'beta' testers for something like this, if he was creating a game mode then it would make sense to have a beta tester, but for a line of code is hardly worth a beta test lol.

But nice work though, the COD4 modding scene seems to have exploded recently with quite a few useful and decent codes!

That doesn't mean it's unchangeable, look at MW2 prestige hacking, CoD WaW Prestige glitching. It should definitely be possible on a game that you can run commands on =)

No, you can change your stats without having to rank up/rank down manually. For example you can reset your cod4 account with:
