the patch looks like this :

What this patch has/does:
- Works in online game AND System Link
- Choose Prestige from 0 - 11
- Instant Rank 1/30/55
- Whatever Rank you want
- Unlock everything
----- Challenges
----- Guns
----- Attachments
----- Camouflages including gold guns
- Teleport
- Toggle God mode - NEW
- Toggle invisibility - NEW
- Toggle visions - NEW
- Toggle leaderbaords - NEW
----- Reset to 0
----- Legit stats
----- Insane stats
- On-screen instructions
Infections when not host:
- Instant reload
- UAV always on
- Automatic M16
- See through walls
- Laser on
- Host info
- No white screen when stunned
Infections when host:
- All of the above
- Stopping Power doesn't kill
- Dead straight Steady Aim
- Mega fast Double Tap
- Longer Iron Lungs
- 2x sprint speed
- Knife across map
- Unlimited ammo

The equivalent is the default_mp.self file. I had a thread a long time ago about it which was thanked by TheUnkn0wn... But I will check if there is one for CoD4...

if you can get your hand on a debug pkg for COD4 & you install it on your jailbreak, the default_mp.self will be a debug one, so without security checks..
no need to edit it that way, just make sure you transfer the debug to your 3.50

No, if the file is a ".ff" then you only need to call it "patch_mp" because when I did what you said when i went to change the patch it said "patch_mp.ff.ff"

yeah if u get a black screen you have the wrong patch for the region u need to find your region wether it is blus or bles. But u can also change patch region
