Bypass cod 4 with resistance go split screen choose map (e.g Shipment) ---> start match ---> dont change any settings (e.g button Layout, sensetivity) Press down on dpad then keep on preesing it until you see then numbers on the side (1,2,3,,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) they mean prestiges press X on one the end game then go into online game and there you go done you should have you prestige.

They prestige menu only works in splitscreen and online you only have the codes.
