I have experimented with this before, but for cod4 it wont hold alot of menu's/mods as you will constanly keep getting an overflow error.
I could help you clear it up, because it looks abit of a mess lol il add it Sub Menu's and better styling positions to it.

yea i said it was based off his mod menu some changes were made tho
only thing wrong ive seen so far is the infections :confused:
