This tutorial will show you how to edit the weapons.gsc files inside your patch.

PACKZIP AND OFFZIP FILES:

Here is My Written Tutorial:

make a folder on your desktop and rename it to "pack"
put ur pack zip,offzip and your patch into the "pack" folder
open up cmd from the start menu
paste this in CMD and hit enter-
cd desktop/pack
then copy and paste this in-
offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0
delete everything except 0002cbcc.dat and patch_mp.ff and packzip and offzip
open up 0002cbcc.dat in hex editor
press "CTRL E"
start offset 1AC7
length 9E0A
save as "_weapons.gsc"
open "_weapons.gsc" with notepad edit and save
then open "_weapons.gsc" with hex editor
press "CTRL E"
make length 9E0A
open up "0002cbcc.dat" in a new tab in hex editer
Press "CTRL E"
start offset 1AC7
length 9E0A
copy everything from _weapons.gsc to 0002cbcc.dat
save and close
start CMD
Copy and paste the next line into the cmd-
cd desktop/pack
press enter
copy and paste the next line into the cmd-
packzip -o 0x0002cbcc -w -15 0002cbcc.dat patch_mp.ff
press enter

Transfer It To Your PS3 And Your Done GoML!!!!!!

JUST FOLLOW THE VIDEO TUTORIAL AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD

Updated the written tutorial for thoughS of you having trouble. Try editing the team tier beta it works every time for me. Some patches just dont work for some reason.

can anyone help me edit dark magiic 1.2 promod to make it m40 only and no knife so the only way to kill is by using m40. if anyone could please help it would be gratefull.

try editing the team tier "BETA" it works every time if you follow this tutorial. this tutorial works just messege me if u need help
