I know another way to get you to host every time and you don't have to install a patch to get force host.

Ok here is the way:

1. Open You must login or register to view this content.
2. Upload any video on your computer
3. When it starts uploading, go to your ps3 and find a game (Any gametype you want to play)
4. It should get you host, After you get the host, cancel the upload so people can join the lobby.
5. Enjoy being host everytime =D Have funn
