Then Youd Copy Onto patch_mp.ff From Your USB.

actually you have this all wrong this is for you glad it works for you but for everyone else you have to find your game id on your cd then go onto file manager and when it gives you a set of codes with numbers and letters (ex: BLUS113892) look for the on your cd and then open that then continue like everyone else would normally....

Can anyone link me to a patch that works on BLES00148?

I am not 100% sure but i don't think CoD4 patches are assigned to regions? I think they all work on any BLES code
