or i think the way your doing it is sort of like encrypting it maybe, that also makes the text size smaller.

Trouble with that theory is that the playstation can't decrypt the file.

has it actually been tested yet, it might have the ablity to decrpt certain methods of decyrption style..

im not great with files but couldn't you compress it so its auto decompressed when it wants to be read

Yes I have tested it. The reason why it wont work is the same reason why you can't have the file size over 1kb, it's told to do it 1 way, and that's the only way it can do it. It's like baking a cake. If any part of the ingredients is wrong, lets say too much flour, then the it wont give you a cake, you'll just get an error
