the Cm looks abit big, try putting some into the mp.

1.66kb is fine, that max limit is 1.99kb, 2kb will not work. but your mp looks small, add somemore mods like extra binds like L2 etc. adds more to your mod

basically your error is you were putting " where the mods are, put it before the bind, or after the set. then at the end of your bind.
