(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); how long does the wait command mean?

say i did wait 30 is that wait 30 seconds?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Wait command is in Milliseconds. So "wait 100" makes it wait 1 second. Thus, a 30 seconds wait would be 3000. Also you can't do anything while the wait command is active.
