No it will not. You have to wait till you get 60+ friends. Also they have to accept you as a friend before you can count them towards your 60.

One more q.st do they have to all be on line in order for the bypass to work?

well an e z way is 2 hav mor than 60 frends hav over 200 messages in each folder and a bad connection like try signing in while a video on youtube is uploading and wen the game starts w8 till the update starts to disappear then press circle then press the ps button fast n sign in n keep doin that n u will sign in try to keep pressing circl really fast right wen the update pops up
