I don't really have an opinion on this because I really can't think of the most embaressing way. Maybe by throwing a grenade it hitting the wall and you running into it witch happens way to much for me in search and destroy.

When ur in last stand and you kill your self with a stun

lol when u see a guy walking by u not noticing u and u begin shooting and lose ur whole clip. and then he kills you :O that happened to me a few times lol

i think u wen u think the person isnt there u go up 2 him 2 try to get the headshot and he nifes u lol

i hate it when you are on top of a building and you see a guy run by and you figure i have enough health to jump off and continue chasing this guy because (if you go down the regular way you may lose him) so you jump and die this is embarrassing especially if you play search and destroy and you are the last guy left.
